About Me

 Kenndy is a published author, entrepreneur, mom, blogger and crazy dog mama located in Kingston, Ontario, Canada 

Kenndy juggles a full-time job in employment counselling after recently taking early retirement from the education sector.

She is regarded as kind, compassionate with a zeal for social justice and animal welfare. The children and youth she has encountered over her lifetime, have inspired Kenndy to write children's stories based on their experiences. Her hope is other children will read the books and feel connected to the character and message. Thus, leaving the reader feel comforted in that they are not alone.

Building relationships and the importance of empathy is a core belief in Kenndy's work over her career. Extending those beliefs into her writing children's books, is at the forefront of Kenndy's writing.

Kenndy lives in Kingston, ON, CA with her adopted, goofy, yellow lab Lennon. She spends as much time as possible with her family, friends and Jeep affectionately nicknamed Belle!
